The Nikon D3300 has arrived. As I unboxed, I just really enjoyed each item as I unpacked it. This camera is in "like new" condition. I am so happy with this purchase. I did realize that I don't care for the sling bag camera bag that was included. I am so glad a new bag is on my Christmas list. I also thought for a moment that the wifi adapter wasn't in the bag or the box or anywhere. I just couldn't find it to save my life. I sent him off an email asking and only moments later I noticed a small little case on the camera strap. Sure enough there was my little wifi adapter. It works pretty well but is not terribly fast. Unless I really felt a need to send photos over wifi right this very minute, it will most likely be much faster to download via USB cable.
I sure have a lot to learn though. There are so many modes and buttons and I have so much to learn. I have been watching video tutorials for days and I am still basically lost. So as I mentioned in my very first post, this is a journey. I am so glad you are joining me on this journey. Please excuse the rabbit trails and the bumps in the road.
This isn't much but here is a photo of my camera as well as the first photo I took with it in plain ole auto mode.
I am embarking on a new hobby with my husband. An interest I had as a child has recently been reignited. This blog is an outline of my journey as I learn the skill of photography and maintaining a journal through photo and video medium.
